They have forms and people to help you if you have any questions, and in the end they turn it into a full legal will at no cost. Check and see if yours offers something similar.

I'd say for a lawyer to draw it up, it'll be anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand, depending heavily on the lawyer, your location & your situation. Or you can do it on your own for $43...
