For light/casual use, why would you need either the 3570k or the 3770k? You'd probably be able to save yourself some money by going with something cheaper yet and more mainstream...a processor...

running this i5-3570k CPU atm. Its a charm. It can do BF3 on medium settings @ 720p res. And those same settings for crysis 2 medal of honor also. I can bring this up to 4.3 ghz stable on air easily....

He didn't. He meant an i5-3570k will got to $130-150 in 2 years when intel's 4th gen is out. Now that 3rd gen ivy is out, 2nd gen sandy's can be had for $150ish.
