I used an iphone as a prepaid ATT phone, why couldn't you use an S3? You just have to buy it full price.

Well if you are in CA they charge taxes based on the entire cell phone MSRP price unless you buy it from Walmart (for a new phone). But dunno if this applies to refurbished phones.

I'm still debating whether to get this or the Galaxy Note 2. Samsung dumbed down the S3 for US by using a dual core processor instead of the quad core exynos in the international version.
