Got this. I really like that they've now (since I last had it) allow watching of Amazon Prime videos on web browsers instead of having to download their software to a PC. And the iPad app is nice...

Hard to say whose offer it was. The promotional page was on the Amazon.com domain, not on Chase's. Even if Chase may have funded it, it was clearly done in cooperation with Amazon.
