I'm hoping for some 3.5" drive to drop prices. I used to think 2.5" is great (and they are for notebooks), but i just get paranoid when you get 1TB of data on a device that you run around all day...

From bottom to top. Actually the drive is faster now then it was then, but also has to be considered & factor here because of what happened. Especially given the price gouging that went on for that...

What I meant was in relation to current time and average selling price of the drive. A simple eBay search will show you that this drive can be purchased from multiple sellers for only a few dollars...

I know this is a week + old but how was this not a good price? It's not only the lowest straight up price that SD's shows but it's even LOWER than the pre-flood prices of a year ago ++ that's better...
