Info that I could find is that this drive is one of the best in a 2tb drive and has a 5 year warranty. The drives I bought from frys are built July 25, 2012 so well after the floods.

You can get this from Fry's this week in a retail box with 5 year warranty for $125. Only thing retail gets you is a nice box, instructions and 4 screws. Not even a sata6 cable. Amazon has it...
