I have the unlocked international version of this phone on T-Mobile (so NOT this exact version). I LOVE the Nexus. i even like it better than my wife's SIII. Battery life is pretty bad though.

They're announcing their new line of Nexus phones soon, so technically the Galaxy Nexus HSPA+ should be on clearance soon as well. They're $350 new so I imagine it should be a decent deal.
