While yes this dual core processor won't be slow, a quad core Ivy Bridge i5 cpu will do nearly double the processing speed of that of a dual core. And secondly, you cannot buy a desktop ivy bridge...

This has HDMI IN, not HDMI out. Most of these 23"+ All in ones consider their screen the center of entertainment. So they have HDMI IN so that you can play your PS3 on it etc. Quite different...
