Good thing about CVS is that most deals track, but yeah, I agree. Corp should be contacted on this one. That store is losing out on all kinds of sales due to their misinterpretation of the coupons.

With bogo or bogo50, CVS registers see the full price of the item...it is the one fluke that allows overage from an MQ. So...it thinks you have $7.98 in BIC items, and a $7.49 MQ should go through...
