I use a modular helmet. Cheapest I've ever seen. Face and chin protection makes it better in my book than any helmet not providing that protection. Modular makes it nice to cool off or scratch an...

You can't get Snell and modular. Wow, only one sold? Doesn't say much about Fuel.

A $50 helmet is going to protect your head like.. a $50 helmet. I would suggest buying something that has build quality not equal to that of a donkey's penis.

I disagree, anything you can do to protect your brain bucket while riding your bike is not overkill. Maybe you don't need a $500 helmut, but a $150 Snell rated helmut wouldn't be overkill. It would...

Safety gear should not be considered as an expense, but an investment. DOT standards are very low, sometimes almost non existant. The government actually doesn't do any testing on helmets to issue...

Just because the sale price is $50 doesn't mean the build quality is donkey penis. This is probably last year's model or something like that. It's over $100 elsewhere, and its DOT approved, so I'd...

Snell helmets are very strong and very inflexible. DOT helmets have a certain amount of flex that will actually protect you better than an inflexible. If something small and hard hits your helmet,...

My problem with lesser known brands isn't so much the initial reviews, it's the reviews after someone's crashed in one, or a scientific analysis of the forces applied before failure and the kinetic...
