It says in the terms that the tablet must be regularly priced at 599 or more. The Samsung Series 5 is 599 but its normally $650. Would that not qualify?

That is the 1st generation. One way or another, you're better off just selling it on Craigslist or eBay for the cash then putting it toward the new tablet if you have any of the generations of Ipads.

Its a shame that RT licenses cant be legally acquired for other devices; I'd love to see it on the TouchPad; otherwise, the TIV is pretty good if you own the 16GB version :)
