They don't check the recovery disc, I just tell them that its self-burned from the partition because they don't ship recovery cds with laptops anymore.

I took out the 500GB and 320GB and replaced them with some old 80ish GB drives, formatted those, and installed windows 7 32 bit, trial version.
You could just format them, or use a wiping program...
