you need to resolve the dependencies. The 64 bit version still requires 32 bit compatibility libraries (http://www.codeweavers.com/products/faq/requirements/). try gdebi to have it do it...

You can try it but Parallels is much nicer and has much better performance. It might be worth it to save $30 though, depending on what you need to do.

For people who don't understand, Parallels virtualizes the whole operating system and runs applications virtually, while Crossover "paravirtualizes" the application and runs it with native resources....
