So I followed up on the deal last year for Southwest Chase Rapid Rewards credit card + 50,000 points.
"SDer's" were saying that you could not consolidate your Southwest card into your Chase...

Never even knew this was/would ever be an issue. I easily just called to consolidate about 3-4 Chase cards into my Chase Sapphire Pref, the limit is really high now but my utilization is very low.

Dumb question here....So why would you want to increase your limit? Is this necessary to increase your credit rating? If I never borrowed and always pay on time, does the credit limit matter?
