Your beef is with the phone, not Pageplus. Even when you firewall practically everything, some data will get through anyway unless you shut 3g off entirely.

My data was NEVER on unless I wanted to check my text messages on google voice which takes all of 45 seconds after which it gets turned off and uses like 50KB at a time not the 60MB I was billed for.
