The ILiad, HanlinV3, Cybook Gen3, Kobo eReader, and the iRex Digital Reader all support Mobi. Of course, you can use calibre to convert to your choice of formats.

I may have to check this out. For $10 I'd bite, but for $20 I think I'll pass. I already have a kindle, so I don't really need it, but it would be a great backup or gift at $10.

Based on your pics I wouldn't even spend the $10 on it! For $40 over BF, the nook is so much better. Yes, it may be 4 times the price, but I assume many people wouldn't ever use the pandigital...
