The $15/night rate is Sunday-Thurs, I only checked once but there is no way it is $15 on Fri/Sat unless is the weekend following Thanksgiving or Christmas weekend.

I would actually recommend the Fab Deluxe room at the Flamingo for an extra $13 a night and stay at the Flamingo since there rooms were renovated in the last few years.
