I'm not sure what point you're trying to make exactly, but if it's that you need to put in the two memory rebates separately, you're wrong. You just specify the quantity when registering the rebate.

I won't care too much about it. If the PSU is truly 450w, there won't be any problem to power a PCIe device. A video card is only a card with two fans anyway, and it is not a Microwave oven.
