No, 40 off a Mobo now excludes the 3770k in the ad. only the 3570k and 3225 qualify now. Sales rep told me when I got one that they are taking 40 off this CPU instead of making you bundle it.

ARM is only good for mobile platform like cellphones and tablets. Most softwares run on x86 anyway so I don't think developers will want to switch to something totally new and code from scratch.
