I mean, I found some examples of SB "peacoats," which are interesting and share some characteristics of a peacoat (large lapels and buttons, vertical pockets), but I wouldn't call them peacoats...

I love single breasted peacoats. Unfortunately over the past 2 years, 95% of the peacoats available have been double breasted...ugh :(

I would have to argue that 95% of all peacoats ever made have been double-breasted. Isn't that a defining feature of a classic peacoat?
