If they require the same classic unlimited plan as tmobile.com, I don't see why we would choose the one from costco, as we'll get free after MIR from the tmobile directly.

You got it wrong. It's $29 with 2 years contract. And if you want buy the phone with no contract it will be full retail price which i guess it is $650
