I know the deal your talking about...used the same code as this deal and I too only got 1 reward card. I "believe" there are really 2 amounts loaded onto 1 card (could be wrong). I haven't checked...

I have my birthday rewards, so I was thinking about doing this ass well. $10 item + shipping (probably around $8) - $10 birthday reward - $20 (maybe more) = net gain of $12 at the minimum
