OfficeMax and staples use third parties to sell their video games/consoles, they don't sell them directly.. I've never had good experience with them... Always miscommunication and lots of delays.....

Oh, don't use your rewards. If it's canceled or gets stuck, you'll have a hard time trying to get them back. Most likely, they'll ask you to place an order, call them back and refer to this canceled...
