Yeah - If you have prime, you'll have no issues. It tells you when you have to ship it by during the selling 'checkout' process.

I do have prime but don't know why my shipment is so delayed.
Post #54925156 added 11-18-2012 7:30 PM by EmpyreanGrace in Archived Deals
it's delayed because benjamin button isn't in stock until the 21st. if you look at your order, they don't charge until they ship (i can see that they are about to charge me for schmucks already but...

doubt that very much. i have close to 200 trades so far this year, and know exactly how this works. you said it yourself - you lock in the price for 7 days, but if you have nothing to send in time...

Done. $12 bucks for me and -$20 for Amazon. I beat the evil corporation.

I thought we locked in the price quoted for NEW items since there is no issue of grading? From Amazon: "Do you guarantee the trade-in price listed on your website? Yes, if your trade-in is...
Yeah, that guy doesn't know what he's talking about. The trade-in values are fluid. They will go up and down as demand suggests, but when you lock in your trade-in, you lock in that price. They give...

I wound up ordering Benjamin Button from Best Buy since I don't have Prime and couldn't find other titles I wanted. It works fine for me (same final price since Amazon charges tax in NY).

I honestly can't remember the last time I even used my DVD/Bluray player. I stream everything now. I even stopped going to redbox because I'd rather spend a little extra and not have to deal with...

The problem is that you misunderstood the trade-in explanation. When you click the 'Trade In' button on Amazon's website, they lock in the current trade in price for you for 7 days. This gives you...

Thanks, picked up all 3 for my dad. The Mummy is sold out, but it looks like you can still order it if you choose the Amazon option on the right side, it just won't ship right away.

By the way, I'm not too sure that Best Buy offers the same Benjamin Button DVD. The amazon one is the criterion 2 disc edition. BB doesn't have it (I think). Be careful of what you're trading in. If...
