I think its important to specify ddr3 1333 240 pin. Most of the deals we are seeing is for 1666.

a bit difficult n but u never know with SD. try microcenter. Also newegg sometimes has combo delas, like if you buy a cpu, u wid get 4 gb of ram etc.

AMD 350 stutters on 1080p. Don't use that for an HTPC, it's pretty weak. Plus you'd need to get a case for that one, so this deal is far better.
