If you want an unlocked GSM phone, just wait for the Nexus 4 to go back in stock. There is no point in buying this phone since it is going to be stuck on the old Windows Phone version forever.

I agree and disagree with the above. Yes, prices will go down to $99, but that is true of almost all technology. Someday the Nexus 4 will be $99.

Couldn't say it any better. $279 is just too much for this phone. I think a better price would be about $200. Nexus 4 is OOS right now and there is no easy way to buy the 920 for $450 that I know of....
