That is one slick looking monitor. I have a 24" U2410 right now and can just imagine the double takes this monitor would bring. Unfortunately, its out of my range for now by about $300.

That is one WIDE screen monitor. It's got a USB 3.0 hub too. If you don't mind losing the extra res on the bottom/top, this is a great monitor.

Maybe I'm mistaken, but I don't believe that the 2560x1440 monitor is IPS - the 2560 x 1080 model is IPS. For those of us graphic designers, IPS monitors are hard to beat in terms of color accuracy.

Neither. A 27' 2560x1440 monitor is just better. http://www.displaywars.com/29-inch-235x1-vs-27-inch-16x9 Same amount of pixels horizontally, 33% more vertically. $10 more.
