Good deal, but not powerful to run BF3 @1080...oh well. edit; FPS @ 1080 is in the low 40's. I need at least in the 50's, which the 660 has.

Yes and no. While i would recommend most dual fan coolers, and while i usually recommend all XFX products, the Double D cooler has specifically seen a ton of problems from users saying that the fans...

Anandtech's numbers for both cards being overclocked gives the advantage to the 7850 if you dig through all of the numbers. The 7850 and 7870 also outperform by a long shot in the real world...

This is "sparingly" going in and out of stock. I finally bit and bought one. Now I hope that I don't have buyers remorse and either look for a better priced deal or find a cheaper Nvidia card (sort...

I really want to jump on this... hoping for this to be $20 cheaper at black friday sales though, or a 7870 for $10 more... do i wait, do i jump? tough decision!

Very good price for a 7850. 7850 is definitely plenty good enough for mid level gaming. I had just paid $190 for 7870, which is about 20% faster. Would have been real tempted to go the 7850...

Yea, too late for that. If they make a fuss, I'll get mad at them or have AMEX take care of it. They asked for "order/invoice" number so I gave them one of them, lol.

Not sure why you got an i7 and then want a low end card? Shouldn't you be buying something like a HD7950/70 or GTX 670/80?

Man, these 7000 cards seem to be dropping faster than the 6000 cards. It seems like only a few months ago that I saw 6870s for around $140.
Post #55056290 added 11-21-2012 12:59 PM by user1886834 in Archived Deals
yeah, good catch. For $5 more, I would definitely go the 660 route, significantly faster than 7850, just a little bit slower than 7870. For $5 more, (and a smaller rebate to risk) it's a no brainer.

Limit 1 rebate per person...too bad, was considering 2 for crossfire. Not sure if 1x 7850 is a big enough upgrade from 460 sli.

Yes, I have an aging (3 years of heavy use) 500w psu and 7850 is working fine.
