Is there another company that covers items purchased used from Cowboom? I called SquareTrade and they said they don't warranty used or refurbished items. I've bought refurbished items in the past...

You're right. I haven't found an alternative yet. The problem is CPS has literally no positive reviews. They deny almost every claim from what I've seen. Oh well the tablet is still going strong...
