I have a u410 and the wifi is pretty bad. My network is extremely well tuned with a ASUS RT-N56U, set for N only and the wifi on the U410 which is the same syterm slow and all but dies in the next...

2nd gen i3 needs to be < 400 for an ultrabook to be considered imo. i5 is a HUGE upgrade over i3. considering this has a discrete video card, it's a warm deal. But not super hot.
