No; it comes with the warranty. Adorama no longer sells grey market Nikon DSLR bodies. They all come with the Nikon USA warranty. I believe after Nikon's new price enforcement policy this year...

No you haven't. You must have missed the part that this one includes a $400 MSRP lens. It has never been this cheap. I don't even think gray market or scam shops have had it this cheap.

It's a kit in one box, so the lens has to be Nikon USA if the body is Nikon USA. Adorama is currently my preferred camera merchant because their customer service is great, among other things.
