The lighting deal for the ipod touch the other day sold out instantly. It went from available to 100% claimed in about a second. Good luck trying to get a lighting deal on this.

I rather see a discount than any GC. GC means I'd have to sell it on ebay or craiglist. Kinda annoying. Some people also never use their GC and lose it. So I really don't see what is "hot" about...

I've toyed with this device and it is quite amazing. It's basically a lighter iPhone 5 without cellular signals and somewhat weaker rear camera.

I'd say go for it. I just got mine in the cyan color about a week ago. The extra screen real estate really does make this into a fully functional PMP and the retina display is delightful in its color...

The 5% for any online purchase is a separate promotion and I need to sign up. After you sign up, even if you don't use ShopDiscover, you get 5% back. A lot of people have done this, including me.

Why is Best Buy saying the regular price for the 32GB is $349.99!? It's $299.99? Also Best Buy last week was selling it for $10 cheaper at $284.99. Very sneaky! Raise the price and offer a $50 GC.
