When I look at this model in lenovo website, all the Z models comes with Intel HD graphics card. However, this shows it is NVIDIA. Is this correct?

I see that all Z models in lenovo website says it comes with Intel HD graphics card. however, this products specs shows that it has NVIDIA graphics. Is this correct?

That didn't have a dedicated graphics card, so I dismissed it. Otherwise it's a good deal.

What's the resolution with this model? All the other versions of this laptop use the integrated graphics and have 1366x768 resolution. Does the G635M version bump up the resolution to 1600x900?
