Circuit City has two rebate forms for one product. I can only get one original UPC barcode. But both rebates need original UPC. And two forms need to be put in different envelope. What should I do?...

While the $15 rebate requires the ORIGINAL upc and serial number barcode, the $25 rebate only requires a COPY of the upc and serial number barcode. Mail in all the appropriate documents - Signed...
