Confirmed again - 240V and 250W 3 pin fans are just power, gnd, and tach. You can use any 3 pin fan on a two pin circuit - just power the power and gnd leads and leave the tach lead open.

Biostar is a good deal on it's own but it depends what you want to do with it. The Celeron blows the AMD out of the water.
