Yeah, I noticed that C and D didn't quite add in terms of GB. I was also expecting one 2TB drive. As far as the noise, I've amended my opinion since. It's just that I'm around computers all day so I...

yeah, Asus makes good products (supposedly) but their customer service is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. They leave you on hold for hours and when they pick up, they say they're too busy and...

I haven't installed Windows 8. What's so much better about it than 7 that would make someone want to use it instead?

Well for gaming, I would recommend the one I linked. Gaming performance generally relies much more on the graphics capability than cpu speed. 6550D is significantly better than HD3000. If you...

Ok, for those in the iCrowd. 216 watts on the rail? What rail? I trully do hope you mean 18A x 12V= 216 watts? Continuous? Peak Power? At what temperature? Oh, and it's actually measured in...

Xotic, Sager or Clevo? Spoken by an iPhone user? Overpriced, overpriced, and overpriced. Well, at least you didn't recommend a certain half-eaten fruit company. This PC is decent. Throw in a...

How does the Asus compare to the OptiPlex 3010 Mini Tower for $350 on Dell.com? I mostly surf the web on my computer. Thanks!

Good deal, I bought it to replace my crummy Dell PC with the gummy on/off button, cheap components, and bloated cr*pware. Repped and thumbs up!

Even at $450, it doesnt seem like a good deal. Too easy to find i3's or i5's at similar price point.

Why do you think it's overkill? I just want a top notch fast PC with lots of Ram and HDD and other features that i can use for many years. I think the Graphics card issue is more for Gamers, but...

Depends on the monitor and it's resolution. At 1080p, maybe 15 FPS? Then, again, for another 100$ worth of mods, it could do fairly well.

Possibly but you should probably look for a more balanced system. The HD3000 is pretty weak for gaming. The 300w psu limits your dedicated videocard upgrade options, unless you upgrade the PSU as...

Thank you Captain Obvious for suggesting a $100 PSU. Before you make any ignorant statements, 7870 easily works under 216 watts on the rail. 660 Ti or below would work on the Nvidia side.

I hate how these budget builds skimp on PSU.. Just give us 430w ffs!! How much does that really cost a major corp? They'd make that money back by people wanting a uber-cheap gaming rig.

I would say an upper level i5. The FX series doesn't get the same performance per core as Intel, especially not the gen being sold here.
