replace leather strap with anything you want for inside $30... I prefer nato strap for $10-15.. tag - replace movement? almost impossible :)

Return the Tag and buy this. Tag Heuers are great watches, but the one you bought is quartz. A Tag with the same mechanical movement as this Victorinox (Tag calls is "Calibre 16") costs over $2000.
