They all seem to be the new model. When I went to the store to look they were the new model. I let my order expire and went with the Logitech's. No regrets.

Got these in the mail yesterday. A few observations from a non-audiophile:
1. Speakers are stickered made in china. They arrived in their own box. Damn you bestbuy!
2. Sub weighs a little more...

Definitely go with the Klipsch. Last decent Logitech 2.1 system was the z2300, and even then the Klipsch 2.1 edged it.

The 5.1 Ultra was my favorite. My amp died too - pretty much every 5.1 ultra owner I hear about had their amp die within a few years. Great sound, terrible reliability.
