Just noticed that I have the same issue. Do you have a screen shot of the other rebate forms that were available online? Not the 11/23-11/25 one but the rebates that were on the product page

Oh thats good , no hassle for rebate then. My recceipt date says 11/23/2012 01:02 am. So i have to send the rebate . Do you have any idea do i need to submit in 1 envelope or multiple envelope.

Just an FYI - check the date on your receipt. I purchased something at 12:08am on Black Friday from Macy's and the date didn't change over to 11/23 - still said 11/22! The rebate I was going to do...

I have verified with RebateHQ (Parago, the rebate processor) that the offers on the rebate form for 11/23-11/25 indeed cover 11/22 purchase too. All my rebates using this form for my 11/22 purchase...
