These exclusions usually appear on their printable and store ad coupons, I'm guessing that similiar exclusions apply here? Too bad they don't make it crystal clear on the Cyber Monday page:

I've got my cart all loaded up, but the $20 off $100 isn't working. Neither is the $10. I wear Too Faced. After I put in the coupon code, the phrase "excluded from coupons" appears below my products....

Yeah unfortunately it's not like in-store when they tell you pretty much everything on that (department store cosmetic counter looking) side of the store is excluded, but not that (drugstore looking)...

Beware: coupons aren't valid on a lot of the "premium" products like some people have already posted--i.e. Too Faced, Butter London, and Urban Decay are all excluded.
