Actually, I did a chat with lenovo and you can't apply any coupon with that special deal. I have a 10% that I'd want to use to at least cancel out the tax but he wouldn't let me do it, Y500.

In general, it appears the Y500 has the 650M video card, and the 580 has the 660M video card. Also, as Iburd points out later in the thread, the Y580 seems to have a blu-ray drive.
