MacMall has the 16g 3rd Generation ipad for $429.99 shipped with no tax for some states. Best price I have found so far. They are in stock but requires you to call it in (cannot be ordered online)....

Basically comes out to the same price as a refurb direct from Apple (when you include tax).. so I guess it makes sense. "iPad 4" would be around $540. I guess for non-Californians, its a decent deal...

Yup, thats why I shop out of state as much as I can. Oregon/NY has received tons of dollars of my business simply because tax in CA is outrageous.
