This is just another Rosewill Rebranded item. Review from amazon looks soso. and it's not 100% 5000mAh, some users complained it discharged very fast, only get one charge out of it. Amazon

Good deal, would had been nice if it worked with tablets. I guess you can't expect to get a Mercedes for a Honda price. Overall still a good deal for $16.30 after CA tax for me.

I have a 1st gen iPad and have definitely been able to charge it with my iPhone's charger, which is 1A output. Maybe there another reason why they say it wont work...?
