I got them both today and am keeping both. I want maximum ports.
I agree the TP is smaller and nicer, the RW seems a bit cheap. I like that the RW has a fan, the TP is fanless.

I'd rather not, I might need the warranty. The fan isn't very loud, and I think it's better for the system to have a fan. The v1.0 of the TP has a fan, this is a later version.
