It should show up under the "out of stock" section on the right side of the screen. It should be a blue color button. If you don't see it, try a different browser. It worked with Firefox for me...

Do you have another wireless mouse/keyboard still plugged in into the same PC - or to another PC in the same room? That may be a source of interference. Also, try bringing the mouse within inches...

I use the ESC key a lot and it's really annoying how small it is as well. Other than that, it's a great kb/mouse combo. I also reserved it at my nearest staples. I plan to get it tomorrow.
