I think that they have opened for a few minutes before 3 pm est, (probably a mistake). But fortunately they send the confirmation email. Now for the rest they will open probably at 3 pm Est.

I had the same problem. I kept trying until I saw "congrats" in the url even though that page was a HTTP 500 Internal Service Error.
