Great deal! Got it two days ago and already sold the driver with battery for 60$ on craigslist. Now I can replace it with an impact driver DCF885 for about the same price on ebay.

A hammer drill and an impact driver seems like the perfect combo. Next time when I get some money, I will upgrade from my Dewalt nicad 18v to something like that.

FYI...the Dewalt 20v Max with 3.0 ah batteries are the 'XRP' of the new line. The drill/driver in this kit is the same - so to speak- as the XRP 18v drill/driver (metal internals)...and just as...

Damn, I had to pull the trigger on this one after contemplating for a few days. I currently have a DeWalt 18v XRP Lithium ion drill (Hammer/Drill/Driver). And although that thing is an amazing...

For an impact wrench...yes. And for a lot of nail guns. But, I still like battery/gas options for guns in some cases. Just get a compressor that doesn't leave you waiting for recharge :) I...

Reps 4 a great deal! I would be all over this if I hadn't stocked up on Bosch portables during the free battery deal a while back!!

Probably not the right area to ask this, but does anyone hear have air tools? I'm thinking I may be better off just converting to airtools for my more powerful uses and stick to ryobi for the battery...

Within 100in/bs? Are you taking about an impact driver or impact wrench? I wan to know about impact wrenches. I thought Dewalt made very good ones. I don't see any Panasonic that is equal to this.

Yes they are finally making a really good impact in that model. I've had my Panasonic Brushless 14.4v Li-On Impact for 4years now, and it still runs great, it has multiple speeds/torque settings, and...

Have any of you actually used the warranty? It doesn't look like its as good as it claims to be.

This is exactly what I did; you can't beat the warranty when it comes to having the batteries covered as well! I would recommend only buying ridgid tools when it comes to cordless.
