It definitely won't work on other USA LTE because other carriers used different bands than the one in the Nexus 4. Anyway, by the time T-Mobile rolls out LTE, this phone will be obsolete.

Very few areas have been refarmed for 1900mhz 3G. The 1900mhz was used by T-Mobile for 2G. Please don't say should be, unless you really know. :)

Exactly. I think the S2 Hercules has better specs and you can get it at Walmart for $299. HSDPA 14.4 Mbps, HSUPA 5.76 Mbps vs. 42.2 on the S2.

OK. Maybe should is not the best word. According to Wikipedia, T-mobile has 3G roaming from AT&T on 1900MHz. Would that not work? I'm not very clear on T-mobile's data roaming policy.
