It definitely won't work on other USA LTE because other carriers used different bands than the one in the Nexus 4. Anyway, by the time T-Mobile rolls out LTE, this phone will be obsolete.

OK. Maybe should is not the best word. According to Wikipedia, T-mobile has 3G roaming from AT&T on 1900MHz. Would that not work? I'm not very clear on T-mobile's data roaming policy.
