I placed a dozen order through shopdiscover's links within the last week. I only receive 2 or 3 Shopdiscover confirmation. I only received e-mail confirmation from around 1/4 of my previous order.

I used Discover on Cyber Monday for Best Buy and Sears and got the cashback for both days ago. Surprised me how fast they both were, actually.

That is true that coupon codes not listed on shopdiscover's site may void the cash back. However, it is more likely the items you ordered at Staples are not eligible for cash back.

I remember when I made a purchase on Thanksgiving it said something like it would take 60 days to receive the cash back. Who knows.
