Only people with cancellations are those that ordered the stainless steel model as far as has been posted here. I also don't think anyone has gotten delayed shipping, just regular, sluggish Groupon...

Went in early on this deal -- still cancelled. Doesn't appear they had ANY stock. Looks like everybody's getting the Groupon Poop-on.

Groupon goods are generally fulfilled by a vendor. ie why on the Kenneth Cole coat deal, many people ended up getting their coats AFTER getting a refund from Groupon.

Stainless is dead, bought the 3 pack for under 20 shipped, looks like it was about 28 on Amazon. Wanted the stainless though so slightly disappointed.

I ordered the stainless steel one. Did some reading on Amazon first. What I want to know is why someone needs to buy multiple quantity of these things? Do they wear out?
isnt the amazon deal an add on item, so you have to spend 25 bucks just to even get it at that price

Thanks for the pointer, OP. Got two of the stainless; curious to see if they're different from the plastic ones in any way. Other than, you know, being made out of stainless steel. Free...

Wow a refillable coffee brewer?? Amazing. Really though why would anyone use this vs a small coffee pot? To me the entire purpose of the single cup brewers is convenience of not having to clean...

That's straightforward enough I think, if you have multiple people using the machine each morning, or whenever, you don't always want to take time between brewing to clean out a single refillable...

Can you tell me how you have been getting decent coffee out of these? I got an ekobrew, and really did try to make it work. More coffee grounds, less grounds didnt matter, still got terrible coffee....

Amazon is $9.99 for a single and groupon is $8 plus $2 flat-rate shipping fee for purchases less than $15. Just giving another option to folks who only want 1 genius.
Post #55483988 added 11-29-2012 7:03 AM by ChinitaStarr in Archived Deals
Either way it would come out the same price. The Groupon is a flat $2 shipping, only difference would probably shipping speed, if you have PRIME.

Damn i just bought a 2 pack on black friday for 21 bucks :(
Has anyone tried solofill AND ekobrew? I have the solofill and am reasonably satisfied with that, although the lid on it has broken so I am looking to try the ekobrew.

it really can't be that complicated though. There's obviously a minimum grind size required as to not spew any grinds through the bottom. Above that, in my mind the coffee would just get weaker the...

Amusing I've not read anyone mention anything about a small amount of sediment at the bottom of a cup of coffee, actually being a good thing. For "coffee connoisseurs" a small amount of sediment,...

I've used the ss model for the last several months, after a different brand of plastic reusable cup failed. I use a grind a little finer than for drip coffee. You will get residue in the bottom of...
